Unfortunately, anxiety is widespread today. I have the greatest anxiety when I am towards the end of my cycle. Not only am I afraid of missing something. No, I question the whole world.
Today I saw Matt D’Avella’s video about his anxiety. I would like to share this video with you today. As Matt says in his video: “Sometimes it takes more than 21 steps. Advice is always there for you when you need it!
