Hey, it has been a long while since I have written something here. I feel like my life is constantly changing and my inner world even more. In October 2020 I started my 3 year degree in business administration and ever since then, I feel like life has been a blur. Fulltime work, studies and my graphic design work on the side is a lot to juggle for a one-woman-show.
Each January, Adriene from “Yoga with Adriene” hosts her yearly 30 day yoga challenge and for me it will be the third or fourth year I am participating.
Day 1-3 went well so far. Saturday was Day 1, a casual afternoon yoga session. I felt rusty, as with all the restrictions here in Switzerland due to the ominous worldwide disease, fitness centers are not allowed to be open. So getting back on the mat was a bit tiresome.
Day 2 – Sunday was a great day, I felt much better than the day before. Day 3 was Monday morning. I dreaded Monday so much as it was the first day after the holidays back to work and school. I set my alarm clock a little bit earlier so I had plenty of time for the 40-minute session.
I am really looking forward to the whole journey.
