I started working in the office when I was 15, soon to be 16. I began my apprenticeship in the office in 2009, and this was when it got worse. I was an active girl. I trained karate; I biked to school 16 kilometres every day. Going to work by bus, sitting behind my screen for 8.5 hours, stop training karate took a toll on my health.
Over the past eight years working in the corporate world, I put on 20 kgs, I regularly got headaches, I once had to quit my job because I couldn’t sleep anymore, had to cry myself into sleep and just felt like the whole world is against me. Changing my job, starting new exercise routines and working with a mentor helped me get out of this never-ending rut.
Who am I?
My name is Jocelyne Clémençon, and I am an internationally certified life coach from the Beautiful You Coaching Academy. I am working full time in the office of an international metal trading company in Switzerland. I know all your pain, working in the corporate world and this is why I created the Happy You Coaching series for you.
My mission is to help you feel aligned with your purpose in life. I want you to wake up with a smile on your face every day. Nobody deserves life in pain!

What kind of results can I expect?
Results can vary depending on your efforts. Over the course of three months, my clients established routines in nourishing their body, starting new workout routines, set up their blogs and so much more! Do not underestimate what you can achieve in three months time!
How is this package different from your other offers/services?
There is no difference between the three and the six-month coaching. The only thing is the time we are working with each other. Some goals need more attention and guidance than others. Booking these offerings, you can have private email contact with me. I only offer this service to my coaching clients.
How much work would I need to do outside of our time together to see results?
Every second week, we will meet each other for a one-hour coaching call. To see the best results, you should carve out the time you need for yourself to eat a proper breakfast, do some breathing work, moving your body lovingly and connect with friends. The time depends on your schedule. Prioritize yourself, and you will see results quickly!
What’s it like working with you in this way?
Working with me is like brainstorming actions with a friend. I am super casual (although I am Swiss and we are mostly really formal!) and we will start our sessions with a grounding breathing meditation, then we will set your goals and action steps. After each session, you will get a written summary of our session and also a recorded video (Zoom is a potent tool!). If you need more guidance, just send me an email, and I am coming back to you as soon as possible!
How do we get started working together?
Firstly we will have an initial call to meet each other. You will be able to ask me anything about our work together, and you will also get to know me better. I will ask you to fill out a pre-coaching questionnaire first, and we are getting to know each other better and if we are a good match.
If you’d like to work with me (hooray!!), we will then set a time and date for all our future sessions. You will then get my coaching agreement to sign and your invoice.
We will then officially start our exciting journey together!
